When sharing your screen, our agents can see whatever you have on your computer desktop or mobile screen during the session. For this reason, we recommend that you close any personal or confidential files or screens prior to sharing your screen. To use screen share, you must have the latest version of Google Chrome or Firefox browsers.
Next, click on the “START SCREEN SHARE” button and enter the security key provided by the agent. Once screen sharing has started, DO NOT close this browser tab. This will end your session with the agent.
