If you are ready to upgrade your career, there is no better sign of a pro than the CHT achievement. Sign up for this review and exam session for the AHLEI Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) Certification. In order to attend this session, apply directly to AHLEI. Apply by July 22nd to ensure that your application is approved on time.

All study materials are provided once the application is approved. Study on your own in advance, attend the review session Sunday morning, July 26, and then sit for the exam Sunday afternoon. The review session will help you learn how to: assess training needs, apply training tools and techniques, design instruction, measure and evaluate training, develop supervisory and management personnel, and outsource. Then, take the exam with the new knowledge and confidence to succeed!

This workshop is designed to support hotel leaders in successfully preparing for and completing the Certified Hospitality Manager (CHM) certification program in the EMEA region. This comprehensive program strengthens the essential competencies required to effectively manage teams, apply strategic business skills, and support managers in building high-performing teams and profitable operations.

Led by a Mr. George Ubbelohde, CHA, CHE, CHT, Certified Senior Master Trainer & EuroCHRIE Director of Industry Relations, with more than 30 years of international executive experience, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world demands, the program covers key management areas including hotel operations, leadership, recruiting and hiring, financial management, and revenue management, combining practical application with industry-relevant knowledge. Participants engage in dynamic learning that bridges theory and real-world practice, enabling them to enhance leadership capabilities and advance their professional certification journey.

Then go to your learning dashboard and complete the CHA application. After the application is submitted, your application will be reviewed, and you will receive an email once the review is complete.

This week-long workshop, delivered by Certified Senior Master Trainer, George Ubbelohde, CHA, CHE, CHT will help you discover effective instructional methods to energize your teaching and enhance learning outcomes.

Steps to register for the workshop:

1. Purchase and complete your application for approval. You will receive email notification when your application is approved. Upon approval, candidates will have access to the CHE materials.
2. Enroll in the CHE exam session by logging into your AHLEI account and then clicking on this link (opens in a new window). Note: To ensure receipt of the email communications from the instructor regarding the workshop and receive workshop materials in advance, all candidates must enroll in the exam session prior to the start date. Access to the exam will be granted to you, by the instructor, on the date of the exam.
3. Before the workshop, you will receive an email with specific session details from your instructor.
